Step 1: Product & Solution Presentation

In this introduction step you will receive presentation from our product consultant. You will have the chance to discuss Sigma HRIS feature or your HR processes. Feel free to ask us. Our consultant will be happy to help you.

Step 2: Business Process Requirement

In this step, We will give you BPR document to be filled with your company HR policy. After BPR document has been filled, our Consultant will be scheduled to visit your office to review your requirement and offer our best solution in utilizing Sigma HRIS.

Step 3: Installation & Implementation

Installation & Implementation will begin after technical and non-technical aspect has been addressed through kickoff meeting. We split this implementation step into 4 phases Data Gathering, Training, User Acceptance Test, and Live. This step can take up to 2 months.
